Methods of Detection and sterilization:
1. Detect the pressure of the steam supply and the tightening gas and set them to a pending value, at which point the pressure value should be set between 1.5bar and 2bar.
2. Open valve A and valve B to purify the steam pipe until the condensate is completely removed.
3. Open the valve C, d until the condensate is completely discharged.
4. Gradually open the valve C, add the inflow of steam, so as to wait 3-4 minutes to further heat the PP folding water filter.
5. Partially closed exhaust valve valves B, D, F, so that the steam containing water droplets continuously discharged.
6. Do not open the valve I and j to establish a stable steam flow, allowing condensate and the air in the filter discharge. At this point to pay attention to pressure gauge P1 and P2, filter adhere to P (P1-P2) less than 350mbar.
7. Make sure that all air and condensate are excreted through valves B, D, F and Valve J, and that a beam of steam and water droplets can be seen flowing out continuously during this process.
8. The temperature of the steam downstream in the PP folding water filter is determined to reach 121.1 ℃, and to ensure that the temperature is less than 128 ℃, the timer is running, the sterilization time is set at more than 30 minutes, during which the pressure value and temperature value are recorded in detail.
9. After the sterilization closed the steam supply channel, open the valve F into the tight air.
10. After the steam is completely excluded, close the valve B, D, add the amount of gas to the filter, keep the gas flowing so that the whole system cools until the pressure temperature meter flashes about 30 ℃.
